Could the audio be coming from another tab?

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it

In the mean time,   while you're deciding whether or not to go for an add-on:
There should be a  'mute'  key on your keyboard;   is that not working either   ?
