I have a group policy on our network that prohibits applications from installing from the AppData folder, how do I get around this?

Attempting to bypass group policies applied to your system by your network administrator may be against your network's terms of service. Contact your network administrator for further information and assistance.

I don't think Firefox can install its profiles in a directory other than AppData\Roaming. But Firefox Portable may be an option for you.
