When I am using Hallmark Greeting Card software and try to send a card via email, I get a message saying "Cannot load XPCOM" and showing the Thunderbird logo. I no longer use Thunderbird and tried to uninstall it from my computer programs but it is still on there. How do I uninstall Thunderbird? My email is now web based with our local cable company.

It has been some time since you posted but I thought I would answer anyway. I don't have the exact same problem as you, but I have been trying to uninstall Thunderbird without much success. Eventually i have managed it.

On Windows 10 File Manager I went to the the Program Files (x86) folder and deleted it. I know you are not supposed to. I then downloaded and installed a fresh version of Thunderbird. This installed correctly without any problem. When I then use the standard uninstall it worked.
