"A plugin is required to play this content"... how am I supposed to know which plugin is required?

more options

I get this message saying, "a plugin is required to play this content". But how am I supposed to know which plugin they mean? There is no download link or even the name of the required plugin. And, no, it can't be Adobe Flashplayer or Shockwave Player -- I already have them, just downloaded their latest versions.

So, what the heck?

Does the website not tell you what is missing? Usually websites have some kind of instructions in case they are not working properly because of missing plugins. Or if there are no instructions and nothing seems to be missing then it's probably something that is not essential. Can you link the website? (You can also write in Finnish because you just wrote in the Finnish side of Mozilla Support where only Finnish people will see your question. For example American English side is at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/)
