I'm getting a popup that is asking where to store information real?or not real? Looks like phishing to me - can't sign on to firefox! HELP
Before Firefox opens a box pops up and ask me where to store my information - two options: Default or Safe(something) I want to know if this is real or if this is a scam. I've never seen this before and it's blocking me from signing onto Firefox. Please help.

Is this the Firefox Profile Manager?
If that is the case then you may have created a new profile and named it Safe, but there isn't a default profile selected to be used on startup. You can select the profile you want to use and place a tick in the box to always use a specific profile when you start Firefox. You would normally want to use the default profile.
- [X] Use the selected profile without asking at startup
If this isn't the case then please attach a screenshot.

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
- make sure you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
