I got a trojan. I removed or quarantined 421 instances of a Pup variant using Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, and another provider.

Alas, now neither Windows nor Firefox remembers me or anything else. I have lost all my bookmarks and all ap sign-in data. What can I do to fix this? The original trojan was identified as a Windows Defender Zeus virus.

These were the steps I used:

To remove Zeus Trojan virus, follow these steps: STEP 1: Scan your computer with Kaspersky TDSSKiller STEP 2: Use RKill to stop the Zeus Trojan malicious process STEP 3: Scan your computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove Zeus Trojan

As recommended by this site: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/zeus-trojan-virus/

After I restarted neither Windows or Firefox remembers me or anything else at all.

I have lost a bunch of work, data, all my photos, and all my bookmarks.

I have tried to change my password and while I have managed to get Hotmail working I still can't retrieve my Firefox account using my old password or my new password.

It is like my entire hard drive was wiped clean.

Is there any way to recover my Firefox account or any of the missing items?
