Firefox crashes
Since the most recent update, firefox seems to have a lot of problems. Initially it didn't load any image buttons (e.g. the menu button, and all drop-down buttons within it - though still clickable, no image) or pages like the about:xxx pages. I fixed this with a total refresh - uninstall and reinstall, however it still frequently stops working, and I have to close and re-open firefox. The main problem appears to be with Facebook - crashing every time I try and interact with facebook, although normal browsing causes it occasional issues too, and the problem may be with other websites too but firefox is so frustrating for me to use now due to unresponsiveness and crashing that I don't know fully.
It would be reallly really great if you could help fix this. Reinstalling firefox, resetting to factory defaults, turning my computer off & on have not helped.
The latest submitted crash report from about:crashes is bp-8e50b66d-35f3-4fca-a003-e6e8a2170202 for 2nd Feb, but I'm certain it's crashed since then and I've had to restore it several times over the past few days so I'm not sure why it's so old.
Thanks, Marianne

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
Otherwise you can check for issues with hardware acceleration in Firefox.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> General -> Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
