My Netzero emails are gone. Can you help find them and move them to Thunderbird?

When I upgraded I received Thunderbird. When I loaded it and lost Netzero email addresses. I looked in Thunderbird and there was nothing there. Do they possibly still exist in Netzero and can you help me move them to Thunderbird? Thanks for the help.

PS I meant to email address book not access. Sorry.
