I used to be able to access a military facility web site, but now I cannot. I get the 403-Forbidden: Access is denied because I do not have the appropriate credentials. I have not changed any thing on my computer to cause this issue. This is the first time that this issue has occurred. I have accessed the web site many times in the past without any issue.

I am able to access the web site that is at issue with my IPad without any problem.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Locate the above file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.
