I tried to look at my Health Report but nothing shows up. I already enabled Firefox Health Report in the "Options" menu.

This what you did or is this it ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-health-report-understand-your-browser-perf then this if need to if the above works : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-health-report-says-your-browser-is-slow

I would hope that you restarted Firefox after making the change.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Note that it can take some time to collect enough data for a Firefox Health Report to appear, so you may have to wait longer.

No it's not any of the above. When I go to check my Health Report, the page it literally blank except for the words Raw Data Health Report. Other than that there is nothing on the page.

Yes but I have Firefox since last year and has been using it ever since.

Are there any files in the healthreport folder in the profile folder?

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

You can check for problems with preferences.

Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename/remove the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in current Firefox releases.

I deleted the preference file just now but it hasn't change anything. I still can't see anything on my Health Report.
