English: When the browser is loaded, the tabs that were closed are not restored. Settings are all correct. Did you make sure not to use Private Browsing mode? The same can happen if you have selected "Never remember history" (не будет запоминать историю), which is equivalent to always being in Private Browsing mode, regardless of the setting for "When Firefox starts".
