the website instantcheckmate.com/ has a popup about a report. to shut that down on the instantcheckmate website I have to fill out too much private information, do this site will shut down on my computer. I do not trust that at all. Is there a way to block this particular popup in firefox or di I need to uninstall firefox and install another brwoser?

On the main page, I saw the input fields. There was no popup window.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad / pop-up blocker.
