web cam crashes
as of the beginning of this month when firefox updated too the newest version i can not get my camera to work in the video chat it worked fine last month. . my camera will come up but it is frozen no movement or it crashes firefox . I have refreshed it with out plugins uninstalled reinstalled and used in safe mode in firefox and still does not work have disabled all the add ons' Java and flash are up to date. my camera is logitech c525. I have reinstalkled the camera soft ware qand chaned, ports and still it does not work

I think i gave you what you needed but yo did not respond are you working on my problem
You can try to modify multi-process settings to see if that has effect.
- set dom.ipc.processCount to 1 if it is currently set to a higher value (4)
- disable multi-process windows in Firefox
You can disable multi-process windows in Firefox by setting these prefs to false on the about:config page.
- browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false
- browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 = false
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
tried that and still nothing
did what you suggested and nothing Mozilla and Facebook need to get it together.
