Hi I have imported some certificate (with password) into Firefox but when I restart the computer, those certificates are lost and I must import again. How can I fix this issue? P/s: I'm using Windows 10, Firefox 64 version 55.03 (but others version and 32bit edition the same problem) and using Corporate Active Directory account to log in to my computer.

Thank you.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.

Is your Firefox profile folder stored on your own computer or elsewhere on a network computer?

Note that Firefox stores certificate data in the cert8.db file in the profile folder.
