Firefox won't allow drop down menus anymore unless I disable add ons and start in safe mode. Very annoying.

This has only happened in the last few months. There are no add ons to disable. Even if I start it in safe mode with disabled add ons it only works for that session then, once closed and reopened it reverts back to not allowing drop down menus i.e. you cannot select anything, most frustrating.

Hi, if you have a theme, please disable it to test - Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Appearance.

Try Options > (General), then deselect Performance and Use hardware acceleration when available, then restart Firefox - Startup, home page, tabs, and download settings.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
