The problem is that Firefox does not detect My DNIe in the card reader, thus does not appear in the certificates list. I tested previously with version 56.0 32 bits and finally with version 64 bits, always with the same result.

With an older version it was working fine, but problem arose when I updated to version 56.0

Thanks! Knowing that this problem started in Firefox version 56.0 and that you see the problem in both 32-bit and 64-bit is very helpful. I will update the bug report.
