I use Firefox as my default browser. Juno is my email server. All my emails come through except emails from Banks, etc that have a numerical code in them that you are supposed to type into a box in the bank's website to, for example, verify that the email is yours. I've checked all Juno spam, junk, blocked emails and the bank's email is not there. Regular alerts, etc., from the bank come through, as does all other emails. The bank has verified that emails went out, that the address is correct and that they were "successfully" received by Juno. They just aren't making it into my email.

Something is blocking the emails with the codes in them, which I understand from the bank's tech people, are different in kind from normal emails. I can't figure it out. Neither can the bank nor Juno. Is it a Firefox issue?

Any help anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Possibly update your browser to 52.4.1of ESR if you are Using ESR. Not showing and it should. Note Current Version of Firefox is 56.0.2

Expand on Juno and how you use Firefox to get your mail please. What and how does Juno display it. Is it downloaded to local file or view on line ???

I think this is your site https://help.juno.com/support/index-dialup.html have you checked the help here ?

Thank you. Firefox version is 52.4.0 and says it is up to date. Yes, I tried the help at Juno. No help at all. They did understand the question and gave me some general junk about why I wasn't getting any emails. As I said, I'm getting all of my emails, even bank alerts, but not any bank emails that say "we just sent you a code, enter the code here to verify your email." Those never show up on Juno so I can never enter the code on the bank website. I get my Juno email on the web on a desk top. It's viewed online. I spent 4 hours today trouble shooting this with the bank. They say their code emails went out successfully and were not returned. They also said that these types of emails are not the usual emails, but are different (the tech may have said "sms", but I'm not certain). In any event, they said that there must be some sort of filter preventing the email from showing up.

Not sure there but please look at the list here and download. 52.4.1 https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Uninstall and reinstall to newest version as that may fix your issue.

I know nothing about Juno, bank stuff or the code. So lets just go with what I know and that's the above. See if that fix's the issue and if not someone else maybe able to help you.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
