Is that all you get, or the full right-click menu?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

On Mac, Ctrl+click will call up the right-click context menu in Firefox. Occasionally Firefox can become confused about which keys are pressed. It might help to jab the Ctrl key several times in a row to ensure that it is reset to an unpressed state (at least, that sometimes helps on Windows).
