Why isn't Firefox letting me see my saved logins?

When I click on the saved logins button the screen goes dim and no window pops up like usual. It's the same when I click on the majority of the other buttons except for view certificates. A window pops up at the bottom of the page and I'm unable to drag it up.

I figured it out. I changed the appearance from LavaFox V2 to the default theme (56.0.2) which was disabled. Thank you both for your help.

Separate Issue; Your System Details shows;

Installed Plug-ins

Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version 27.0.0.183

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I've done the uninstaller. My question is now, with the instructions above, should I do the full install since it also states that Windows 10 has it's own built in flash player? I'm confused on my options.

Restarting in safe mode worked. It brought up my saved logins.

Updating to the newest version of flash player did not help with viewing my logins.

I think that's why Fred's post about Flash started with "Separate Issue."

So at this point, the page works in Firefox's Safe Mode. Does it also work if you start Firefox normally or does the problem still exist in normal mode?

Firefox's Safe Mode disables extensions and full themes, and also the userChrome.css/userContent.css customization files (most users do not have those). If problems exist in normal mode, could any of your add-ons be the culprit?

The problem still exists in normal mode. The only add-ons I have are Adblock Plus, Easy Youtube Video Downloader, and NoScript. I haven't done any updates to my computer except Firefox which was updated yesterday.
