Hi everyone,

Many applications I use, including Spotify, Chrome, Atom, Emacs, in particular, these applications implement a shortcut that I find very useful and seems to be pretty consistent among many applications.

When you start typing on the address bar, you start getting results and shortcuts to websites matching your search term. Some other applications, not only browsers, let you type Ctrl+N and Ctrl+P to navigate up and down these results to easily choose one of them.

You guys will notice that it is more comfortable to move your right-hand fingers to the P and N keys and your pinky to the Ctrl key, rather than moving your right hand completely to the arrow keys.

I hope I made myself clear and thanks in advance!

There are add-ons available for custom keyboard shortcuts. Use them to bind the keys as required.
