When I access this site using MS Edge or Google Chrome, I get the website is not configured properly.

If I click on the Update Firefox from FF browser, it downloads an installer which continually says it is installing, yet never completes.

The problem is with ZoneAlarm. I disabled ZA, downloaded the the setup file, and re-enabled ZA, and installed the 59.0.1

When I access the site using Firefox (59.0), no download is started. No messages are displayed. When I access the site using Edge or Chrome, I get the website not configured properly message.

I am using Windows 10, and ZoneAlarm.

I only get this error when trying to download the firefox update, 59.0.1, from mozilla.

The fact that you are getting it with Edge and Chrome also means it is not a issue with Firefox.

The https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ is not the issue.

Zonealarm or some other security related software may be affecting your https:// connections as above article is example of that.

Also make sure your time/date is correct on your Windows.

You can try from http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/59.0.1/win64/ as just pick the folder for your language. This will be the full setup and not the small online stub installer.
