Hi, recently my Windows 10 Pro 64 computer crashed and had to be reinstalled. At the time of the crash Firefox 32 bit was installed and during the reinstall I upgraded to Firefox 64. Since all my settings were saved in the 32 bit version is there any way to migrate those settings and saved addons, backgrounds, etc. into the new Firefox 64? If so please tell me the process and no I was not using Synch at the time of the crash... If not how do I get into Firefox my old addons and settings? I do have a backup of them from an older backup program "MozBackup" that i have been using for years...

Thanks.

The same profile can be used with the 64 and 32-bit programs.

It sounds like a new profile may have been created during the crash.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there?
