I am no longer receiving emails from one of my Comcast accounts. I can still send email from this account. I suddenly stopped receiving them 5 or 6 days ago. The email address is jorenst@comcast.net

Do not post your address in a public forum unless you do not mind spammers using it.
Go to the Thunderbird Help menu, click Troubleshooting Information, Copy to Clipboard and come back here and paste into a reply window.
Make sure to unchecked the box to Include Account Names.
