I have tried to save settings but after closing FireFox the settings are lost at the next opening of FF. Also the "Enable block site" icon is confusing. Does RED mean "enable the blocking" or does RED mean "warning, we are not blocking". I have tried it both ways but always it fails to show the blocked sites after closing and reopening FireFox. I am using version 59.0.2 (Quantum).

Hi zrednasm,

As there is more than one add-on by that name - I assume it's one of these :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/block-website/ or : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blocksite/

You could try their support site / email and ask your question there (unless you've already tried  ?)

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
