Hi, had another person here with the same issue and same website today.
Malwarebytes will not clean it out. But it does have reports of that being found. He also used the other scanners that should take it out but did not.
Now he tried everything that we usually ask a person to do except for the critical one which is go ask for help from the pros :
Now will give you 1 tool not on the list, I have a life time license for it as well as MBAM MBAM bought AdwCleaner (which you could also try) from these guys :
So ya, it is buried in Firefox some where but no idea as to what you downloaded and installed or what script or that gave you that malware. Or if it is in a Extension you installed. If Google it, it is there but is on non-respected sites, so do not go to them please.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Please list your Extensions for us please as that might be the issue.
Did you install a new extension recently before this happened ?
Please click my name and send me the list also in a PM, Thanks
Hi, do you have youtube video downloader 2 as a Extension ? If so please disable it, as that will be the issue.

The poster in /questions/1216598 found it was due to the "YouTube Best Downloader 2" extension however it does not really show up in search engine results or at addons.mozilla.org
Ok it appears to be https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/youtube-download-mp3-mp4-1080p/ is the "Youtube Best Video Downloader 2 - MP3 MP4 1080P" extension according to cache search however the extension has been removed in past while.

Too late and really? you might as well of used the lmgtfy.com -_-
The results were not what I was getting before as it needed to be more generic and since the OP has Firefox 59 and not 56 or older it was likely a removed extension on a.m.o. which was confirmed in a cache search but anyways too slow and really?.
@ James :
'Just thought it might be helpful to know where to find more information about this dodgy extension, as there might be more reports like this, where the extension could be the culprit.
Only trying to help ......
