I cannot log in. My password does not work.

I cannot log in, all of a sudden it's stopped working. Says my password is invalid but I've used it for years. Nothing works to log in, and nothing on the Thunderbird website helps at all. This is a crummy system. I cannot get or send emails, nothing works.

Email passwords are administered with your email provider. Go to their webmail site and look for a link to reset your password. Thunderbird may be crummy but it has nothing to do with your email password.

You are right. I went to Century Link and called them. They helped me reset my webmail password and that was the solution. I still do not know why the password I'd used for years suddenly was not working today. Thanks very much.
