on itv hub itv, itv2, and itv4 are just grey square and the other channels normal
When I have firefox 60 running and go to itv hub website and login and select itv channel or itv 2 or itv 4 channels I just get a grey square. itvbe channel and itv 3 and citv channels works fine my operating system is opensuse linux 13.1 at the moment I am running firefox 54.0.1 with no problems at all

Hi, Have you been to the site and looked for trouble shooters or FAQ's or asked there support.??
Version 54.0.1 is not supported so I can not say what the issue maybe. It maybe that the browser is too old to pull up the info that is there. Try reinstalling or updating to Firefox 52.8.1esr if your Linux version can handle that. It could also be Video Card Drivers.

thank you for your answer but the problem starts when I update to firefox version 60.0.1 which is the latest version there is no issues with version 54.0.1 that is why I use version 54
How about a link so other with 60.0.2 can test what your saying is happening.

Did you get this when you went to the site before it loaded all the way?
yes I did and I was able to sign in then you to select live tv thats when you get to choose the channels
I have solved the problem you must make sure you have flash player always activated
