why does firefox have a contact button when there is no link to contact them?
I've tried to register for a firefox account and because i am 48 years old, the system returned to meesage 'You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox Account.' (I wonder what that 'certain age' might be). I think there might be a problem, so i want to try and contact firefox to ask (there are no suggestions of faqs even though it is one of the only things asked on the registration and once you are block, it seems you are blocked). i assume (although i am a bit stupid) that the 'contact' link may provide a link to an email or contact form. Instead, i am sent round in circles. Firefox, if you don't want your customers to contact you, take the contact button off. Also, how do i get an account (or how old do i have to be to get an account)?

13 years old is the minimum age for registering for a Firefox Account. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children%27s_Online_Privacy_Protection_Act
See if any information here helps you: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/im-having-problems-with-my-firefox-account
Thanks for your reply. OK, 13 is the minimum age to have a firefox account. I'm 48. That's what I typed into the box. Now I can't go back and the system won't allow me to do anything - I simply receive the same message. I have also looked at the other page you have sent the link to (I did that before I wrote). There is nothing there which is relevant to my issue. If you are unable to actually advise or help me to resolve this issue, please don't bother to reply. It's even more irritating to receive generic (irrelevant) information, than no answer at all. I'll just put it down to the fact that there's something wrong with your system and you're unable (or unwilling) to resolve it.
