I tried this on both Internet Explorer and Chrome. I have Windows 7, and I tried installing both Firefox Setup 61.0.2.exe and firefox Installer.exe. Both downloads said "Failed- Blocked". This does not seem to be a browser problem; it seems to be one with Windows 7. I have 64 bit operating system as well. Thank you very much for youre help today.

Hi, we can only help you a little bit here for Windows issues.

Please find the MS DOS command on start menu or type in search cmd.exe when it shows Right Click on it and Run as Administrator

Copy/Paste : SFC /Scannow then Enter and then Reboot. ( SFC<space>/Scannow )

Am not going to go to ipconfig commands, you can look those up. release , renew

Run : https://www.malwarebytes.com/ Keep the logs

Please see 1 of these respected Forums : https://www.tenforums.com/ https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/229/windows-10-support/ you can go to answers.microsoft.com but they will tell you to uninstall Firefox and everything that is not IE or Edge

Before going : Uninstall any BitTorrent apps, uninstall cracked programs and delete cracks then Post in only 1 forum, then wait.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
