There is a major problem with firefox is that if I don't upgrade flash, firefox will show a message and I need to click to activate flash.

I don't want this. My computer is 100% safe (none of firefox's business to warn outdated flash plugin to me)

I just want to get rid of that silly message of telling me to upgrade flash - I will NOT upgrade.

Is there a way to force firefox to STOP post those silly warning messages?

If not, I will check and modify firefox's source code to do so. I really HATE this.

I don't suppose you intend to update Firefox, either, so it's vulnerabilities on top of vulnerabilities.

An up to date Flash is probably more important because if Flash isn't run in a sandbox then it can have full access to your computer and malicious Flash content is free to infect or harm you.

Mozilla puts versions of Flash player on blocklist when they are severe enough to warrant doing so. Mozilla has not put previous Flash versions on list for a long while until Sept 10.

Sep 10, 2018: Flash Player Plugin 30.0.0.113 and older (click-to-play) https://blocked.cdn.mozilla.net/832dc9ff-3314-4df2-abcf-7bd65a645371.html

The bug was filed the day before the Flash 31.0.0.108 update on Sept 11 so the block is actually a version behind.
