Is there any way to change only the colour of the selected tab and url bar within a dynamic theme?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to all this, but I decided I'd give themes a go anyway. Most themes I've seen have either had the url bar the same colour as the background, or just a light grey colour with the background an image. I was wondering if I could, say, have the currently selected tab and the url bar red and the other tabs and background grey, or something of a similar sort? This might be plainly obvious and I'm just asking a stupid question, but I've read through some of the articles on themes at developer.mozilla.org as well as looking at the tabs api, in case that had anything, but I still can't see anything that explains anything like what I'm wanting.

I'm hoping this is a thing and not just something I've thought of that isn't available yet. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for this, I was going to make a theme for myself due to not finding what I wanted, but this works perfectly!
