I can't get Firefox to play movies or TV on Amazon; I get an error message that says "Video Unavailable."

Then it says:

"We're experiencing a problem playing this video. For assistance, please go to www.amazon.com/videohelp."

But when I go to that place there is no help for my problem. I tried contacting Amazon through their chat but they were no help at all. They said my connection speed was too slow but that had nothing to do with it.

Hi, I have the same problem. I tried everything, I disabled add-ons, graphic acceleration, uninstall and install firefox, clean cookies and cache... everything! But I can't watch any movie/series on prime video.

Edit: Today I tried to play one random episode and it started for a few seconds, then the error message again.
