Today Firefox upgraded to version 65. It still does not work with Netflix. Firefox version 60 was the last version to support Netflix. is there some reason that I do not understand why Mozilla may not want FF users to stream Netflix?

My problem is resolved. After seven months, Netflix is once again streaming on my Win 10 32-bit computer. Today my computer upgraded to Windows 10 version 1809, and that fixed the problem.

Do you see this issue in a new profile? Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

Tyler Downer. I have no idea what you are speaking about. Why would I want to create a new profile?

You create a new profile to test if the issue still happens. I can play Netflix just fine, so there's an issue on your end. Please do that and let me know

OK. If you want me to try it, then tell me how one goes about creating such a temporary profile. And then how to delete it.

If you read the article I linked, it includes directions on how to do so

Tyler Downer. Now I remember you from posts on my prior threads about Netflix. Sorry for the brain freeze. Now I am on board with your post about creating a new profile. You will recall that we have done this before. Creating profiles, that is.

Today I downloaded and reinstalled Firefox 65 32-bit. I also created a new profile. Guess what?? Netflix still gives the same Error Code: F7121-1331. Now that I have three times reinstalled Firefox and three times created a new profile, please do not suggest again that I create a new profile. Been there, done that. You know what the definition of insanity is.

Ok so do this then. Backup any bookmarks. And then completely uninstall any firefox installs and delete any mozilla folder in the programfile x64 or x86 directory. And then download the right firefox matching your O/S bit version aka 64 to 64 and x86 to x86. And see if that doesn't change.

Otherwise you need to read this from netflix.

Thanks WestEnd. The Netflix help page you linked to is one I checked out six months ago when this problem first started. It simply says to use a supported browser, and that Firefox61- 65 are in fact supported browsers. As I pointed out previously in my threads, and which you may not have seen, Netflix telephone support says that Firefox 32-bit is a known issue with many Netflix subscribers, and they recommend switching to Chrome until Mozilla gets its act together. I have been waiting six months.

I don't know, why did you blame Mozilla for this issue.

TyDraniu, You ask why. Because Netflix streamed on Internet Explorer and on Edge, but stopped streaming on Firefox 61. Netflix support said there were known issues with Firefox 32-bit. Do you have any idea why the Win1809 upgrade fixed the issue? I don't.
