Ok.

So I wonder if there is a way to save up setting (personal) of CSS or WEB designing, like: change size from move, or position of div whit chat etc and then make firefox to use it every time I access this page .

P.S. I don't want to change any thing on SERVER side of WEB just my view.

With some restrictions, that can be done via a userContent.css file that the user adds to their Firefox Profile folder. http://kb.mozillazine.org/index.php?title=UserContent.css&printable=yes

See this Google search for more information about using a userContent.css file.
