Hello,

Using Latest FireFox ESR 60.5 I want it to launch Windows Explorer when typing File:\\\\\<Path>. It opens the index in a tab on the browser, but I'd like it, like in IE for it to launch Windows Explorer

Hi kleio, I don't think there is a way to launch Windows Explorer from a link, bookmark, or address bar in Firefox. I think you would need an extension that coordinates with a "native application" to do it. Probably simpler to keep a Windows Explorer button pinned to the Windows Taskbar.
