Add security exception message causing email problems and will not go away. Already talked to customer support and still not resolved.
A few days ago a security exception started showing up (imap.fwis3.com:143). I walked through the issue with my server and checked all the incoming/outgoing notations with them.
This keeps showing up and keeps me from sending email - I receive email but have to close out the exception numerous times a day.
Any ideas?

Is your domain hosted by FatCow? If it is, you're receiving on imap.fwis3.com on port 143, connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = email address. The outgoing would be smtp.fwis3.com on port 587, connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = email address.
You could try secure settings, i.e. port 993 for the incoming, SSL/TLS security, authentication = normal password; port 465 for the outgoing, SSL/TLS security, authentication = normal password. If you also disable email scanning and scanning of SSL connections by your antivirus, that might eliminate the exception messages.
