After moving an Email from an IMAP account to a local folder, the email gets lost, leaving an empty Email, source only showing props like X-Mozilla-Status 0001

That's the complete source of the remaining E-Mail after moving it to a local folder: From - Fri May 03 11:46:12 2019 X-Mozilla-Status: 0001 X-Mozilla-Status2: 00000000 X-Mozilla-Keys:

Because the mail is deleted from the server after moving it, I don't see a way to recover its contents. This does not happen always, but has happened several times.

This sounds like a full copy had not been downloaded prior to the move to Local Folders and so only a partial header was created.

It could also be because you have an Anti-virus product interupting the 'move' process to scan the downloading file.

You could stop the AV from scanning incoming mail/downloading files.

Personally, I do this when I have several emails I need to save off the server. I make sure Account Settings are set to download all required folders, then download/sync folders to get full copies and they go into offline mode to stop further synchronising whilst I'm moving several emails. Then I 'Copy' batches of emails from imap folder to Local Folders. If you can read emails in offline mode then you know they've been fully downloaded. Finally I delete the copied emails from imap older and then go back to online mode.
