Windows 10 Version 1903 wiped out all my Firefox data. Any idea if there's a backup? This never happened before.
I've searched all over and found an old bookmark json file from 2014, that's it. I'll have to recreate all my passwords too, and all my addons are gone. Worse yet, for some reason, ZebNet backups would not work in the new Windows.

Do you know how this happens?
1) Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
How many profiles are listed?
How many should be there?
Also, open the folder in your file explorer.
You can also look for a C:\Windows.old folder.
