So this has happened me a number of times. When I browse netflix first Firefox becomes unresponsive I cannot navigate through it. Then after 5 to 10 seconds my whole computer becomes unresponsive, I even cannot open task manager to kill any processes or restart the computer. Also when I force a restart from power button when I reopen Firefox it does not generate any bug reports. What I want to learn is how I can gather some additional information for this and feed to Mozilla support since I have nothing, I cannot even get a screenshot. I was not able to find a recent similar problem.

Netflix uses DRM content. I would make sure that the Widevine plugin is loaded in about:plugins . You might try clearing your cache and / or launching in safe mode in about:support to see if you can reproduce this problem. If you want to give Mozilla or someone the info on your current firefox configuration, you can copy the text from about:support . One other suggestion I'd try is updating to the latest stable build of firefox if you haven't already done so.

Any particular reason that you are using a Beta channel build of Firefox?
