Since upgrading our Kaspersky program, I can no longer download and print documents from a website used daily for work. Contacted the website's Support office; it is an issue betweenFirefox and Kaspersky. Have stopped Kaspersky from injecting script into web traffic, but this hasn't fixed the problem. Kaspersky has not been helpful. Is there a fix through Firefox?

hi, can you be more specific about describing the problem - what in particular is no longer working/at what step is it failing (i.e. are there any error messages)?

What type of "documents"? Like the file type.

These are worksheets—Word docs— we create in website (MarketSharp) I am able to enter the information necessary to create the worksheet. The process falls apart when I try to pull to pull up the Word doc to print. Absolutely nothing happens when the worksheet should open. Issue began same day upgraded Kaspersky. Told by website support that multiple users are having the same issue. Unhelpful response from Kaspersky at this point.
