Version 72.0.2 on windows 10 64-Bit keeps crashing - is there a fix ??
I have a 2+ year old Dell Optiplex 3050 Windows 10 / 64-bit machine. A week or so ago, Firefox (ver 72.0.2) started crashing regularly. I uninstalled and re-installed - no better. I use Norton (fully up-to-date and patched). Crashing on sites from Fidelity to Spotify
Firefox has been the only browser I've ever used - hope u can help.. Thanks

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
1. Enter about:crashes in the address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear.
2. Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
Note: If you can't open Firefox because it crashes at startup even in Safe Mode, use these alternative instructions to locate Report IDs:
1. Press Windows Key + R on the keyboard. Enter "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted" (including the quotation marks) and click OK. 2. In the resulting folder, there will be a text file for each crash report you have submitted. Using the View menu, arrange them by date to find out which is the newest file; and double-click on it to open it.
