There seems to be no keyboard shortcut for this and this seems quite strange, since taking screenshots for support is quite essential, so why isn't there a shortcut for this like keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste or One Screen up and down????

You can possibly add the "Take a Screenshot" button to the location bar. Then you can set focus to the location bar (Ctrl+L or F6) and press the Tab key once and press 'T' to set focus to this button.

You can find items like "Take a Screenshot" and the Bookmark Star in the drop-down list that opens if you click the "Page actions" button (3-dot icon at the right end of the location/address bar). You can right-click an item in the "Page actions" drop-down list to add its button to the location/address bar for easy access.
