Lost user data
Over the past couple of days I have been using my moms pc while I have been at her house. So I logged into her firefox with my account. Now my logins passwords and bookmarks have replaced hers when she logs into her account on any device even 1 that has never had an account on it at all let alone my account. I have rebooted the device tried logging out of all devices and then back in with no luck. I have also gone to about:profile on both her pc and her laptop and I was still not able to find her information. However she can login but for what ever reason has all of my information.

After doing some more looking around it looks like we are merged so 2 accounts both have the same information. Is there anyway to remove my information from her firefox sync.
You shouldn't login to a Firefox Account on a device that isn't your own like you did as that will merge data like you noticed.
You will have to disconnect Sync on both devices and cleanup the logins on the Lockwise page.
Best is to keep a backup copy of logins.json and key4.db in the Firefox profile folder just to be sure that you can recover from errors.
After you have cleaned up the logins then create another backup before reconnecting to Sync in case Sync would restore the logins and undo your work.
You can force a resync of the logins by resetting services.sync.passwords.lastSync on the about:config page before reconnecting to Sync.
You can disable syncing logins by setting services.sync.engine.passwords = false and re-enable it later via the Sync settings.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
What you should have done is to create your own user account on your mom's computer.
