Zoom does not work with Firefox

Even with the Zoom scheduling extension, I cannot launch scheduled Zoom meetings. Why does Mozilla make this so difficult? With each new version of Firefox, security overwhelms usability, and makes Firefox the least desirable browser.

Hi JeremyG, when you following a Zoom meeting link, for example, from your calendar, the site generally pushes a download to install the Zoom app on your system.

If you already have the local Zoom client installed and running, then the site may send a zoom meeting link instead and Firefox will ask whether you want to open it in Zoom (or it may ask what app to use).

Is that what you get? Where is it breaking down?
