After changing google password Thunderbird (on mac) is stuck at asking for email. Clicking on Next just returns to the same. I had no problem changing it on linux and on Firefox (mac). Restart, reboot, cleaning up all old saved google passwords, cleaning up keychain, removing gmail account and trying to set it up again didn't help. I use 2fAuthentication only.

Any suggestion?

Actually it was trivial to solve: go to preferences -> Privacy and tick "accept cookies from sites" After passing the account set up I could remove this setting and it continued to work. Need to remember this for the next time if I would need it :)
