Hi torney, if your Firefox appears to have all new settings and data, it's possible that Firefox has created a new profile.

When was the last time it worked normally?

Your Firefox reported it is version 73, which is no longer supported. Is there a reason you have that version instead of the current ones:

  • Firefox 82 (regular release)
  • Firefox 78 Extended Support Release (ESR)

(If you rolled back your Firefox version to an older one, that triggered Firefox to automatically creates a new profile.)
