I have a problem with restoring my emails. I read and tried several solutions on forum, but my old emails doesn't show up. i've copied my old "%APPDATA%/Roaming/Thunderbird" directory to a new PC and replaced everything with it. tried to use Profile manager, tried to set local directory in Server parameters. my backup directory contains 5 gigabytes of data, but i can't use it, what am i doing wrong?

Does the restored profile load anything at all? You said old mails don't show up. Does that mean some (newer) are accessible?

Stans, yes, TB shows only those mails, which my mail server has, but my old mails were stored in a client, other mails are accessible and i can use the client properly.
