Been using Thunderbird for years... today suddenly I can no longer drag an email message from my inbox to another folder (or from any folder to another). This is a big slowdown for me as the workaround is right click and move to. How can I get back my drag and drop?? thanks

I notice that I can no longer drag from CUSTOMIZE TOOLBAR either! I tried safe mode, no difference... HELP please! (OK, I have found that it's system wide on my Windows 10. Will reboot with fingers crossed).

YES. Sorry for the false alarm, it was a WINDOWS issue, not Thunderbird. VERY HAPPY the reboot fixed a problem I have NEVER seen before in Windows!
