I have almost 10,000 emails in my 2020 inbox that I want to archive, or move out of my inbox and save elsewhere, but that I can access when needed. It appears I would need to select each one individually to archive them, which seems incredibly archaic. Isn't there a way that I can copy or move all of those emails to another folder and empty my Inbox for 2021? Thank you.

Create a subfolder of Local Folders, select all messages in the source folder (Ctrl+A), then right-click, Copy To, select the Local Folders subfolder. After the copy is confirmed, delete the messages in the source folder.
