I cannot seem to figure out why all of sudden I cannot watch videos on VIKI. I cleared my cookies and cache, and then started having this issue. Is there something on my end that I need to re-download?

If you have Windows 10 N or KN then you may not have the Media Feature Pack installed. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows
